Allison GentileBOARD MEMBER
Family/Supporter of First Responders I was raised in Rockford, Illinois. At a young age my parents split up and I was raised primarily by my dad. I believe I am the woman I am today because of my dad and the values he instilled in me. I have a younger brother in college and a brother who is 11 years old. I strive to be a positive role model for them. After high school graduation, I had the opportunity to travel and live in Hawaii for 3 years on a military base. While there, I was a family readiness assistant for the Marine Corps Battalion 1/3. After moving to Ohio I worked for a dental office for several years. I am now working in the sports industry which is a huge passion of mine. I am engaged to Brandon Allensworth, who is a police officer and also on the board for Legacy of Honor. I know what our military, police officers, and firefighters endure on a daily basis and love helping and supporting them when and where I can! I am honored to be part of this great organization and hope to make a difference in our community! |

Lieutenant with Louisville Police Department I’ll begin by saying that I was raised by two amazing parents who are both military veterans and instilled the values in me that I have today. From a young age, I knew I wanted a community oriented career. At the age of 20, I enrolled into the Police Academy and I have since been with the Louisville, OH Police Department for 15 years and counting. During these 15 years I have served in different areas in the department. I am currently a Lieutenant on afternoon shift and serve as our community relations officer. I have known the Riggs family very well from a young age, and when Daniel and Ross began the Legacy of Honor, I had the privilege of volunteering my time on a couple occasions. I feel honored to now be part of the team and help further serve my community, veterans, and first responders in a different way! Lastly, I have become the person I am in my adulthood through my Faith in Christ. My fiancé’, Allison Gentile, and I serve faithfully and are involved with a small life group within the church. We are newly engaged and happy to serve on this team together! |
